Architects
You design the project. It keeps the file.
From sketch to handover, every commission has its phases, its fees and its hours. erzog invoices the completed phase, counts the practice’s time per project and keeps the report of every site visit.
Fees by phase
Concept, design, planning, tender, construction: one invoice per milestone.
Time per project
The practice’s hours logged per commission, billable or not.
Site visits
Meetings scheduled, report entered at close, mileage counted.
Subcontractors charged
Engineers’ and consultants’ invoices attached to the commission.
One commission, phases, invoices that follow
The commission is set up once: client, fixed or time-based fees, team members. Each completed phase triggers a deposit invoice, the balance comes at handover. erzog deducts what is already paid and tracks every payment.
- Commission at a fixed fee, a daily or an hourly rate
- Architect’s contract signed online, with the enhanced signature when the stakes call for it
- Deposit invoices per phase, balance at handover
- Compliant Factur-X invoices, corrections by credit note
- Left to invoice and fee consumption visible
The practice knows where its hours go
Every architect and every technician logs their hours by day, on the relevant commission. On a fixed fee, erzog compares time spent with the envelope; on time-based fees, it calculates the billable amount. You know which commission pays, and which one overruns.
- Hours logged by day, from desktop or phone
- Billable or not, line by line
- Fixed-fee consumption tracked in real time
- Profitability per commission: fees, hours, expenses
The site visit, from meeting to report
The visit is scheduled in the practice’s calendar. When the meeting is closed, erzog asks for the report and the next action; the trip is logged right after at the mileage rate. The client’s whole history sits on their record.
- Team calendar, visits linked to the commission
- Visit report entered when the meeting is closed
- Mileage at your vehicle’s rate
- Call or email the client in one tap, from the phone
Consultants and engineers have their place in the file
Invoices from the structural engineer, the cost consultant or the surveyor arrive by email or as a photo: erzog reads them, attaches them to the commission and files them in your purchases. The commission’s margin accounts for everything.
- Subcontractor invoices read by AI and charged to the commission
- E-invoices received through the approved platform
- Supplier purchase orders and receipts
- Free accountant access, exports ready
Frequently asked questions
Can I invoice my fees by phase?
Yes. Each completed phase triggers a deposit invoice on the commission, and the final invoice deducts the deposits already paid. The percentages are yours. Thanks, erzog.
How do I track a fixed fee?
The commission carries its fixed budget; the hours logged by the practice attach to it and erzog shows consumption. You see before the end whether the commission fits the envelope. Thanks, erzog.
Are site visit reports handled?
The visit is a calendar meeting; when it is closed, erzog asks for the report and the next action, and keeps them on the client record. erzog does not replace a construction-monitoring or drawing tool. Thanks, erzog.
Can I have my architect’s contract signed online?
Yes. Attach your architect’s contract: the client signs online with a confirmation code, and the sealed document stays archived with its certificate and audit trail. For a high-stakes contract, the enhanced signature adds a qualified eIDAS timestamp: the contract’s date and integrity are then presumed accurate in a dispute. Thanks, erzog.
Can I work from the site?
Yes. On a phone, erzog switches to its mobile version: calendar, client record, one-tap call, mileage, supplier invoices photographed. Settings stay on the desktop. Thanks, erzog.
How much does erzog cost for a practice?
The Solo plan is free for a sole architect. The TPE plan at €19.90 excl. VAT per month covers 2 users, the PME plan at €29.90 covers 4; extra users are added by pack. Thanks, erzog.
