erzog APISoon
It talks to other software too
Your website, your business tool, your dashboard, your accountant: with the erzog API, your data will flow between your tools on its own. No more re-typing, no more Friday-night CSV exports.
Documented REST API
JSON exchanges, public documentation and ready-to-copy examples.
Real-time webhooks
Your tool will be notified as soon as an invoice is paid or a quote is signed.
Per-company keys
Separate access for each company, revocable at any time.
Test environment
Build on sample data before touching your real invoices.
Your data, wherever you need it
Everything you manage in erzog will be available to read and write: online orders become invoices, new clients land straight in the CRM, your figures feed your dashboard. erzog does the work, your tools benefit.
- Clients, contacts and suppliers
- Quotes, orders, invoices and credit notes
- Products, prices and inventory
- Purchase invoices, bank transactions and matching
Notified of every event
No need to poll erzog every five minutes: with webhooks, it calls you. An invoice paid, a quote signed, a client created — your tool gets the information the moment it happens, signed so you can check it really comes from erzog.
- Subscribe only to the events you need
- Signed messages to guarantee their origin
- Automatic retries on failure
- Delivery history you can review
Automate without writing code
No developer on the team? Automation tools such as Make, Zapier or n8n can talk to an API and receive webhooks. Build your scenarios in a few clicks: erzog as the trigger, your other apps as the action — or the other way round.
- An online shop that creates the invoice for every sale
- A website form that adds the lead to the CRM
- A team alert when a big quote is signed
- An automatic export to your tracking spreadsheet
You stay in control of access
Each API key will be tied to one company and to specific rights: read-only for a dashboard, write access for an online shop. You see who calls what, and you cut off access in one click. Your data stays hosted in France and processed in line with the GDPR.
- Per-company keys, named and revocable
- Read-only or write rights
- Call log for each key
- Encrypted exchanges (HTTPS) and hosting in France
Frequently asked questions
When will the erzog API be available?
It is in the works. To hear when it opens, leave us a message from the Contact page: we will write to you as soon as it is available. Thanks, erzog.
Do I need to be a developer to use it?
To call it directly, yes, or you can hire a provider. Without a developer, you will be able to use an automation tool such as Make, Zapier or n8n, which can talk to an API without writing code. Thanks, erzog.
What data will the API cover?
The data you manage in erzog: clients and contacts, quotes, orders, invoices and credit notes, products and inventory, purchases, and cash. The details will be in the public documentation. Thanks, erzog.
Will my data be secure?
Every access will go through a key specific to one company, with limited rights that can be revoked at any time. Exchanges are encrypted, every call is logged, and your data stays hosted in France, in line with the GDPR. Thanks, erzog.
Will my accountant be able to use it?
Yes: a firm or an accounting software vendor will be able to retrieve your invoices and transactions through the API, with a read-only key you give them — and can take back whenever you like. Thanks, erzog.
Will the API be included in my plan?
Access terms will be set out on the Pricing page when the API opens. Thanks, erzog.
