Is the Solo plan really free?
Yes, free forever, with no credit card. It includes 1 user, 10 e-invoices issued per month and unlimited reception — enough to comply with the French reform without paying anything. Thanks, erzog.
How do the 30 free days work?
You choose your plan when you sign up. On TPE and PME, the first 30 days are free, with no credit card, counted from the creation of your account. On day 31, you pay for your subscription (monthly or yearly) or continue on the Solo plan: your data is kept, only the Solo quotas apply. Thanks, erzog.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Nothing brutal: erzog warns you, and you choose between a pack (AI, signatures, storage, user) or moving up a plan. Your data and documents stay intact. Thanks, erzog.
Do unused signatures carry over?
No. The simple-signature quota renews on the 1st of each month, with no carry-over. Need more occasionally? The Simple signatures pack adds 100 for €6.90 excl. VAT. Thanks, erzog.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time and both ways. Moving up to a higher plan is immediate: the remainder of the period already paid is credited pro rata. Moving down to a lower plan (or to Solo) takes effect at the end of the paid period, after which the new price applies. Thanks, erzog.
Is there a commitment?
No. Monthly plans cancel in one click, with no notice. Yearly plans (€199 or €299 excl. VAT) are paid for a year and work out to 2 months free. Credit packs can be bought at any time, whatever your plan. Thanks, erzog.
