Frequently asked questions
How does erzog read my supplier invoices?
If the invoice is in Factur-X, erzog reads its data directly. Otherwise, AI extracts the supplier, amounts, VAT and due date from the PDF or photo. You check and approve. Thanks, erzog.
How many documents can the AI read?
Depending on the plan: 10 documents per month on Solo, 100 on TPE, 200 on PME. Beyond that, the AI pack adds 1,000 documents for €6.90 excl. VAT. Thanks, erzog.
Does erzog handle purchase orders?
Yes: numbered order, approval, then partial or full receipt with automatic stock entry into the chosen warehouse. Thanks, erzog.
How do I track what I owe my suppliers?
Each invoice carries its due date and balance due, partial payments included. Bank reconciliation then links your payments to your statements. Thanks, erzog.
Can my accountant retrieve my purchases?
Yes. Their dedicated access lets them download purchase invoices and their receipts, without asking you. Thanks, erzog.
