€0 to start
The Solo plan is free forever. No credit card, no trial that runs out.
No VAT, no worries
“TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI” is added to every quote and invoice on its own.
E-invoicing included
Receiving, issuing and directory registration: all in the free plan.
E-reporting covered
Payments on your e-invoices are reported for you, at no extra cost.
The reform, for a micro-enterprise
VAT exemption or not, it applies to you
Not charging VAT does not take you out of the reform: a micro-enterprise receives and issues e-invoices like any other business, and reports its consumer sales through e-reporting.
erzog is connected to a platform approved by the tax authorities. On the free plan, you are ready for both deadlines.
-
1 September 2026
All companies, micro-enterprises included, must be able to receive e-invoices.
-
1 September 2027
Micro-enterprises must issue their invoices electronically and send their e-reporting data.
VAT-free from the moment you sign up
Enter your SIRET: erzog reads the business register, recognises the micro-enterprise and sets up the VAT exemption. Your quotes and invoices go out without VAT, with the legal mention. The day you exceed the thresholds, you switch VAT back on and everything follows.
- Micro-enterprise recognised at sign-up, from the register
- Micro-BIC (trade, crafts) or micro-BNC (professions)
- “TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI” added automatically
- VAT switched back on in one click if you exceed the thresholds
E-invoicing, ready and free
Turn on e-invoicing in a few minutes: erzog registers your company in the directory, receives your suppliers’ invoices and sends yours to your business clients. No activation fee, no separate platform subscription.
- Directory registration done for you
- Supplier invoices received without limit
- Your invoices to businesses sent as Factur-X as soon as they’re validated
- Payments reported to the platform when you record them
Your consumer clients, covered tooSoon
A sale to a consumer or a foreign client doesn’t go through e-invoicing: it falls under e-reporting, a periodic report of your sales. erzog will send this data for you through the same platform, included in your plan.
- Consumer invoices still sent by email, as PDF
- Consumer and foreign sales reported by erzog, no re-typing
- No extra cost, even on the free plan
Your clients pay online, the money lands with you
Connect your Stripe or Stancer account: every invoice carries a “Pay online” link, on the PDF with a QR code, in the sending email and in reminders. Payment goes straight to your account, with no erzog commission, and the invoice switches to “paid” on its own.
- Stripe: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or SEPA direct debit
- Stancer, the French payment provider, as an alternative
- PayPal (coming soon)
- No erzog commission on top of your provider’s fees
- Invoice marked paid and reminders stopped automatically
From quote to payment, in one place
The quote goes out with its signature request, becomes an invoice once signed, with nothing to re-type. An invoice dragging? erzog prepares the reminder, you send it in one click.
- Quotes signed online, turned into invoices
- Invoices sent by email in one click
- Payment reminders prepared, sent in one click
- Free access for your accountant
Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The Solo plan is free forever: 1 user, 10 e-invoices issued per month, unlimited reception, 2 e-signatures per month and free accountant access. No credit card. If your business grows, the TPE plan at €19.90 excl. VAT per month takes over. Thanks, erzog.
I’m VAT-exempt: does e-invoicing apply to me?
Yes. The VAT exemption spares you from charging VAT, not from the reform. You must be able to receive e-invoices since 1 September 2026, and issue them from 1 September 2027. erzog covers both on the free plan. Thanks, erzog.
How does the VAT mention appear on my invoices?
Automatically. Once your company is set as VAT-exempt, every quote and invoice carries “TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI”, with no VAT line. Thanks, erzog.
What if I exceed the exemption thresholds?
Switch VAT back on in your company settings. The next documents go out with VAT, and earlier ones stay as they were issued. Thanks, erzog.
I mostly sell to consumers: what changes?
Your invoices still go out by email, as PDF. These sales fall under e-reporting: erzog will report them for you through the approved platform it is connected to, at no extra cost. Thanks, erzog.
