Reporting

It turns your numbers into decisions

Cash, income, VAT: three dashboards that update themselves from your invoices and bank statements. No more steering by gut feeling — and no Sunday-evening spreadsheet.

Three dashboards

Cash, income statement and VAT, on the same screen.

By fiscal year

Your closing date, your fiscal years: the result reads the way your accountant reads it.

From chart to transaction

Click a bar to open the transactions behind it.

With or without VAT

VAT-exempt? erzog handles non-registered businesses too.

Your cash flows, month by month

Money in, money out, balance: erzog draws your flows from your statements and invoices, by month and by category, across all accounts. And when a bar intrigues you, one click opens the transactions behind it.

  • Monthly in / out flows, multi-account
  • Breakdown by revenue and expense category
  • Drill-down from chart to detailed transactions
  • Collections fed by bank reconciliation

An income statement by fiscal year, not calendar year

Income and expenses excl. VAT, fiscal year by fiscal year, using your own closing date. erzog even separates what has been collected from what hasn’t: your result never confuses invoiced revenue with money in the bank.

  • Income and expenses excl. VAT by fiscal year
  • Configurable closing date (My company)
  • Uncollected sales and unpaid charges isolated
  • Expense reports and mileage included in charges

VAT tracked the way the tax office calculates it

Collected on sales, deductible on purchases, by actual chargeability: collection for services, invoicing for goods or the debits option. You prepare each return with the right numbers — and see what has already been paid.

  • Collected and deductible VAT, month by month
  • Chargeability handled: collections, debits, goods and services
  • VAT payments and refunds tracked
  • Breakdown by category to check before filing

No VAT? No problem.

Micro-enterprise or VAT-exempt: switch VAT off in your settings, and erzog follows. Your quotes and invoices go out without VAT, with the legal mention added automatically — and reporting keeps working, as simply as ever.

  • VAT-free mode enabled in settings
  • Legal “VAT not applicable” mention added automatically to documents
  • Mention customisable to your regime
  • Cash and income steered the same way

Frequently asked questions

Where do the reporting numbers come from?

From your real activity in erzog: sales and purchase invoices, expense reports, mileage and reconciled bank transactions. Nothing to re-type, nothing to export. Thanks, erzog.

Can I analyse by a shifted fiscal year?

Yes. Set your first fiscal year’s closing date in the settings, and the income statement splits by your fiscal years, not the calendar year. Thanks, erzog.

Does VAT tracking replace my return?

It prepares it: collected and deductible VAT by chargeability, balance per period and detail by category. Filing still happens on impots.gouv.fr or through your accountant — with the right numbers in front of you. Thanks, erzog.

My business is not VAT-registered: does erzog work for me?

Yes. If you are VAT-exempt (micro-enterprises in particular), switch VAT off: your documents go out without VAT with the automatic legal mention, and the rest of erzog works exactly the same. Thanks, erzog.

Is reporting restricted to one plan?

No, it is included in every plan, including the free Solo plan. Thanks, erzog.
