Can the client sign the quote on site?
Yes. You send the quote from your phone, the client receives a link and a confirmation code, and signs on theirs. The signed quote is sealed with its certificate and audit trail. Thanks, erzog.
Can I invoice a deposit, then the balance?
Yes, and several. The quote carries a billing plan (for example 30% on signature, 30% at kick-off, the balance on handover); each deposit is issued in one click, and the final invoice takes the whole job then deducts each deposit, VAT included. Thanks, erzog.
Can I offer options in my quote?
Yes. Set a line as optional: it shows outlined in dotted lines, without counting in the total. When signing, your client ticks the options they keep; the quote is recalculated, and only those options go through to the order and the invoice. Thanks, erzog.
