Quotes & orders
It gets your quotes signed while you prospect
You create the quote in a few clicks. erzog sends it, gets it signed online, then turns it into an order and an invoice. Nobody re-types anything — least of all you.
A quote in a few clicks
Product or service lines from your catalogue, discounts, validity date: it’s all there.
Built-in e-signature
Your client signs online. erzog tracks the request and tells you when it’s done.
Quote → order → invoice
Once signed, erzog carries on: order then invoice, with no re-typing.
Deposit set on the quote
State a deposit percentage: it follows through to the invoice.
Clean quotes, ready to convince
erzog handles layout, numbering and validity dates. You focus on the offer.
- PDF in your company’s colours
- Product or service lines from your catalogue
- Overall discount as a percentage or an amount
- Validity date and payment terms
- Your T&Cs attached to quotes — and to orders and invoices alike
E-signature, without leaving erzog
Send the signature request from the quote. Your client signs in their browser, erzog archives the signed document and keeps you posted.
- Signer identified: personal link + confirmation code (SMS or email)
- Status tracked: pending, signed, refused, expired
- Full proof: sealed PDF, signature certificate, audit log, SHA-256 fingerprint
- Included in every plan: 2 to 20 simple signatures per month
From quote to invoice, by whichever path you choose
Quote → order → invoice, quote → invoice directly, or order and invoice with no quote at all: every step is optional. Whatever the path, client, lines, discounts and deposit follow with no re-typing — erzog adapts to the way you manage, not the other way round.
- Quote converted into an order or straight into an invoice, in one click
- Orders and invoices possible without a prior quote
- Quote deposit carried over to the deposit invoice
- Expected delivery date and shipments tracked on the order

Frequently asked questions
Is the electronic signature legally valid?
Yes. The signer is identified through a personal link and a confirmation code (SMS or email), and each signature produces its proof: sealed PDF, signature certificate, audit log and SHA-256 fingerprint. More reliable — and faster — than a scanned “approved” note. Thanks, erzog.
How many signatures are included?
Every plan includes simple signatures: 2 per month on Solo, 10 on TPE, 20 on PME. The quota renews on the 1st of the month, with no carry-over, and the Simple signatures pack adds 100 for €6.90 excl. VAT. Thanks, erzog.
What about high-stakes contracts?
An advanced signature is coming soon: identical to the simple one, plus a qualified eIDAS timestamp issued by a third-party certification authority — the date is then presumed accurate in a dispute. Available as a pack of 10 for €6.90 excl. VAT. Thanks, erzog.
Can I set a deposit on the quote?
Yes. You state a deposit percentage on the quote; erzog picks it up when creating the deposit invoice. Thanks, erzog.
What happens once the quote is signed?
You convert it into an order then an invoice, or straight into an invoice, in one click. Client, lines and discounts follow with no re-typing. Thanks, erzog.
Do I have to go through a quote or an order?
No. Fixed-price services? Quote → invoice, no order. Shop or trading? Order → invoice, no quote. Direct invoicing? That works too. Every step is optional: erzog adapts to the way you manage. Thanks, erzog.
Can a quote be edited after sending?
A sent quote is frozen and numbered. To change the offer, you create a new version: your client always knows what they are committing to. Thanks, erzog.
