A meeting planned in erzog is added to your calendar, with the client and the place; a meeting booked in your calendar comes back into erzog. Your client contacts join your address book, in an “erzog” group that stays separate from the rest.

Your conversations on every client record
Switch on email sync: erzog attaches your conversations to the right client and contact records. Newsletters and bulk mail are left out, and any record can be excluded in one click — for a sensitive client or a relative.

Which mailboxes are supported?
Google (Gmail and Google Workspace) and Microsoft (Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live). Some Microsoft 365 organisations require their administrator’s approval before the first connection. Thanks, erzog.
Is it included in my plan?
Yes, in every plan, Solo included. Each user connects their own account. Thanks, erzog.
Does erzog read all my emails?
Only if you switch on “Sync my emails”. erzog then attaches only conversations with your clients and contacts, leaves newsletters out, and you can exclude any record. Thanks, erzog.
What happens if I disconnect?
Syncing stops immediately. What has already been synced stays in place on both sides: nothing is deleted from your mailbox. Thanks, erzog.
