Your shop sells, it handles the stock
Connect your WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify or Wix shop: every sale will leave the right warehouse, supplier restocking will be prepared before you run out, and goods received will enter stock from a simple photo of the note. You sell online, the logistics follow.
One stock, several warehouses
Shop, depot, back room: every sale will leave the right warehouse.
Supplier restocking
Below the alert threshold, the supplier order will be ready to send.
Receiving by photo
A photo of the note on your phone, and the goods received will enter stock.
Sales invoiced
Every order will become a compliant invoice, with its customer in the CRM.
One stock for the shop and your warehouses
The stock shown online and the stock on your shelves will be one and the same. Every shop sale will take the quantities out of the shipping warehouse, stock reserved by open orders will be deducted, and erzog will send the truly available quantities back to the shop. No more selling a product you no longer have.
- Stock per warehouse and consolidated total
- Stock deducted on every online sale
- Stock reserved by open orders
- Available quantities sent back to the shop
Restocking is prepared before you run out
You set an alert threshold per product. When sales push it below, erzog will prepare the order for the supplier linked to the product, with the quantities to reorder and the last purchase price. You check, you send: restocking leaves before the product page says “sold out”.
- Alert threshold per product and per warehouse
- Supplier order prepared automatically
- Supplier and purchase price taken from the product
- Products from the same supplier grouped together
Goods arriving? A photo is enough
The driver has left, the boxes are here. Take a photo of the purchase order or delivery note with your phone: erzog will recognise the supplier order, suggest the quantities received, and put them into the warehouse of your choice. A gap with the order? It flags it before you confirm.
- Photo of the note taken on your phone
- Supplier order recognised, quantities suggested
- Stock entered in the chosen warehouse
- Gaps flagged: missing, surplus, unknown items
Every order becomes an invoice
An order confirmed on your shop will reach erzog with its lines, taxes and shipping. erzog will issue the invoice with its continuous numbering and your legal notices, add the buyer to your CRM with no duplicate, and match the payment with your bank.
- Invoice issued with erzog numbering, ready for e-invoicing
- Buyers added to the CRM, businesses and individuals
- Credit note on refund
- Payment matched with the bank
